Have you ever heard of a Physician that was once a Nurse? Well, we were lucky enough to find one of those rare people, that combine brains, heart and soul.  

With a Nursing degree, working for King's College Hospital in London, UK, during 7 years, one day Anabela Teixeira realized that she aspired to continue her studies and become a Physician.

After long years of study in the Medical school, working in parallel as a Nurse, here is our Family Doctor, surprising everyone with her caring and compassionate approach. 

She believes that learning is a life long experience, and maybe this is why her passion is to visit libraries and feel the smell of old books, absorbed by the silence and solitude that brings serenity into her life.

When she is not working or reading the classics, Anabela loves to travel and meet new people, taking the opportunity to engage with new cultures and learn something new from every person that crosses her journey.

Influenced by this passion for travel, Anabela has an holistic approach, that combines Western medicine with alternative therapies, aiming to heal the mind, body and spirit.
